The staff at this hotel are incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms have all the necessary amenities and are clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to restaurants and easily accessible by taxi. The receptionist even returned a lost wallet with all the money inside.

The staff at the hotel were amazing! They were so friendly and kind, making us feel welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It was such a relief to have such attentive and helpful staff during our romantic escape.
We were disappointed to learn that the area surrounding the hotel was not safe for walking around alone. While the hotel staff was kind enough to advise us on this, it did limit some of our plans to explore the area on foot.

The receptionist was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel at home. The staff were all nice and kind. One staff member went above and beyond by returning my lost wallet with all my money inside. Thank you, gentleman.

The hotel had a good price for the Easter holidays and was in a central location for exploring the city. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was very filling. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable to sleep in.
The staff were not very friendly and didn't seem interested in helping me with any of my requests. The shower was not clean and had mildew on the tiles.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the welcoming and friendly staff, who made us feel right at home. The receptionist put a smile on our faces and was very helpful throughout our stay. We dropped our wallet and one of the staff members brought it back to our room with all our money intact. We are incredibly grateful for his honesty. All the staff members were kind and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
